"In memoriam. Padre" is an ode to relief and loss, but it is also a rebellious cry in the face of death or the end of the unlife of an alcoholic, depressive and violent father.

With this series of paintings in which I mix images of a drunken man lying on the streets, with others in which love or sexual acts between men can be guessed, I want to express the right to be what we are.

Faced with the mystery of the frustration that led my father to commit suicide slowly, for 27 years, taking my childhood plagued by unfortunate scenes along the way and also trying to be the macho that he demanded of me to be, but that he exemplified in the worst possible way.Serve this work of testimony and watershed to what will come later.
